He brings a strong background in stakeholder engagement, policy research, and capacity-building initiatives related to national digital infrastructure, particularly in the areas of IPv6 adoption, 5G implementation, and cybersecurity awareness.<\/p><p>He currently serves as Director for Training &amp; Consultancy at IPv6 Forum Malaysia, where he has led several high-impact government engagements, including the National IPv6 Transition Strategy for Mauritania. He was also the Project Director for the Asia Pacific Certified IPv6 Migration Strategy for Regulators, engaging policy-makers across more than 10 countries in strategic discussions and technical migration plans.<\/p><p>Dr Asyraf has worked with major Malaysian telcos and government-linked agencies to deploy enterprise-level 5G training and certification programs.
