Dr Muhammad Asyraf Mohammad Naim
Dr Muhammad Asyraf is a digital transformation expert and technology strategist with cross-sectoral experience in government, telecommunications, healthcare, and education. He brings a strong background in stakeholder engagement, policy research, and capacity-building initiatives related to national digital infrastructure, particularly in the areas of IPv6 adoption, 5G implementation, and cybersecurity awareness.
He currently serves as Director for Training & Consultancy at IPv6 Forum Malaysia, where he has led several high-impact government engagements, including the National IPv6 Transition Strategy for Mauritania. He was also the Project Director for the Asia Pacific Certified IPv6 Migration Strategy for Regulators, engaging policy-makers across more than 10 countries in strategic discussions and technical migration plans.
Dr Asyraf has worked with major Malaysian telcos and government-linked agencies to deploy enterprise-level 5G training and certification programs. His contributions include the planning and execution of technology conferences and workshops, alongside curriculum development for IPv6 and 5G capacity-building programs aligned with nation-building objectives.
